Former dieter and obsessive exerciser turned holistic nutritionist and intuitive eater. My life completely changed when I adopted the Food Freedom Lifestyle and embodied the idea of intuitive eating. A Series of One on One Coaching Sessions

Through a series of one-on-one coaching sessions, you’ll have the opportunity to learn the principles of the Food Freedom Lifestyle and work towards achievable goals related to your personal needs. You’ll also have access to a range of tools and strategies, such as meditation, mindfulness practices and intuitive development, to help you overcome any obstacles or challenges that may be holding you back. Unlike dieting you cannot fail at intuitive eating.

What does coaching with me look like?

While we will work through the Food Freedom Lifestyle essentials, the sessions will be supportive in the way that you need most in the moment. This may mean that some days we focus on intuitive eating, while some days we focus on where certain diet mindset beliefs came from in your life and some days we focus on emotional eating triggers. I will go with the flow in order to serve you best. We may take some time to get centred through meditation or reiki and I may pull some cards for extra guidance. We will set achievable goals and I’ll help you reach them. I’ll stay in touch between sessions with check-ins and nudges if this suits you.

This program is meant for those experiencing or having experienced disordered eating (chronic dieting, emotional eating, overexercising). This is not for for those in active eating disorders (anorexia, bulimia, orthorexia).

  • This is up to you! In the beginning, I suggest weekly, but as time goes on, you may want a couple weeks between sessions to integrate the information and put it to use in the real world.

  • Things happen! All I ask is that you provide 24 hours notice when cancelling or rescheduling a session. Cancellations within 24 hours are non-refundable.

  • My goal is to help you make meaningful and last changes that allow you to live a life of authenticity and Food Freedom.

    Some of the topics we cover may have been ingrained in your life for YEARS. In order to unpack them, take them an in-depth look at their basis and reframe these thought patterns, I offer packages in order to help you achieve lasting lifestyle change. The Food Freedom Lifestyle is just that - a lifestyle, and unlike diets, it is designed to make your forever better.

    “Diet culture is a system of beliefs that:

    • Worships thinness and equates it to health and moral virtue, which means you can spend your whole life thinking you’re irreparably broken just because you don’t look like the impossibly thin 'ideal'.

    • Promotes weight loss as a means of attaining higher status, which means you feel compelled to spend a massive amount of time, energy, and money trying to shrink your body, even though the research is very clear that almost no one can sustain intentional weight loss for more than a few years.

    • Demonizes certain ways of eating while elevating others, which means you’re forced to be hyper-vigilant about your eating, ashamed of making certain food choices, and distracted from your pleasure, your purpose, and your power.

    • Oppresses people who don't match up with its supposed picture of 'health', which disproportionately harms women, femmes, trans folks, people in larger bodies, people of color, and people with disabilities, damaging both their mental and physical health."

  • Losing weight is not the goal of the Food Freedom Lifestyle and weight loss strategies will not be addressed. Weight loss could occur as a result of eating intuitively, but it may not.

  • I am a Registered Holistic Nutritionist, however the more I learned and researched about “health” the more disconnected I felt with my own body’s needs. When I discovered intuitive eating, everything changed and that is why I developed the Food Freedom Lifestyle and pivoted to coaching. I am also taking Evelyn Tribole’s Intuitive Eating Facilitator program.
